YOGA + SOUND BATH with Hannah Rush and Rachel Gitlevich. 

Join us this Saturday for an extra special morning of Yoga and Sound Healing. Rachel Gitlevich, from Chicago, will be joining Resonate to teach yoga for the day. Hannah and Rachel did their yoga training together and have co-taught several classes in the past. We are so lucky to have her here to share her gifts, so don’t miss out! Additionally, Fresh Cafe and Market is offering an optional add-on Lunch-To-Go for after class. It will consist of a plant based meal, side, drink and treat. It is a $15 add-on. You can purchase the lunches HERE or below.

This event will take place outside at the Fresh Wheatgrass Girl Farm where there is plenty of space to distance from one another. There is a limited number of spaces and you must register for the class in advance. You can register for the class HERE. Please bring your own mats and anything else that would assist in comfortability during the sound bath.
