Sunday Sunrise Yoga + Sound Bath with Kelby and Hannah.

Join us Sunday August 9th from 9-10:30am for gentle yoga with Kelby and sounds with Hannah. Breakfast is included and provided by Fresh Cafe and Market. The menu for the morning is:

• Chia Pudding

• Gluten-Free Sunrise Muffin

• Sunrise Smoothie

• Fresh Sun Shot

This event will take place outside at the Fresh Wheatgrass Girl Farm where there is plenty of space to distance from one another. There is a limited number of spaces and you must register for the class in advance. Address will be given upon registration. Please bring your own mats and anything else that would assist in comfortability during the session.
