Refunds

No Refunds. The only time there will be refunds issued is when the instructor / event holder cancels the class / event.

48 Hour Notice

Life happens. We require for a 48 hour notice for class cancellations. RESONATE Class Credit will be issued when you notify us via email / text 48 hours before class / event. No credits will be given if notified later than 48 hours.

No-shows are not eligible for credit.

Weather

In the case of inclement weather, classes / events will be postponed and rescheduled. Instructor / event holder will notify participants at least 2 hours before scheduled event.

By attending our classes / events you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to Covid-19 or any other dis-ease exists in any public space where people are present. By attending our events, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to Covid-19 and other dis-eases and agree to not hold RESONATE, Fresh Wheatgrass Girl or any other affiliates or organizers liable for any illness or injury.

Do not arrive earlier than 15 minutes prior to start time. Please be courteous to all participants. If you need to leave the session, do so quietly as not to disturb the rest of the group - this is their experience too. If you cannot stay for the duration of the session, please consider rescheduling or parking accordingly. Silence or turn off cellular phones and devices.
