Sunday Sunrise Yoga + Sound Bath + Brunch with Kelby, Hannah and Kerri.

Join us Sunday December 13th from 9-10:30am for gentle yoga with Kelby and sounds with Hannah. Brunch is included and provided by Fresh Wheatgrass Girl.

This event will take place inside at the Fresh Wheatgrass Girl Growhouse where there is plenty of space to distance from one another. There is a limited number of spaces and you must register for the class in advance. Address will be given upon registration. Please bring your own mats and anything else that would assist in comfortability during the session. We do have a limited amount of props and mats available at a first come, first served basis.

Menu for the day: Fresh House Made Biscuits & Gravy, Fresh Juice, Sound Bath Shot and Yogi Tea (GF option available). All items are organic, plant based, soy free, sugar free and dairy free.
