Join us Saturday, January 25th from 8-9am for a guided sound meditation. Vibrational frequencies from the gong and crystal singing bowls will relax the body, calm the mind and clear the subconscious. Sound Baths are zero impact and you will be laying down during most of the class.
Mats, blankets and eye coverings will be provided. Wear comfortable clothing and bring anything else that would assist your experience ie. crystals, water, oils, etc.
Expect to feel energized as if you've had a full night's sleep and relaxed as if you've spent a day at a spa.
