Sounds will start promptly at 12 because it is a shortened session and to make sure everyone makes it back to the real world on time

You may bring a mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask, sleeping bag, etc. and anything else that makes you feel comfortable as this is a laying down experience. Chairs are also welcome for folks who don’t want to be on the ground!
