Join us Saturday, October 24th from 2-3pm for Intro to Kundalini Yoga. This class will go over basic mantras, breathwork, movement and meditation. You will learn the foundations of Kundalini and be given tools to take into everyday life. Please bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Meditation cushions, bolsters, blocks and blankets may also assist in your class experience if you want to bring them.
