Join us for a Sound Bath + Fresh Shot from Fresh Wheatgrass Girl.

A sound bath is a guided meditation accompanied by a gong, crystal singing bowls and other vibrational instruments. Sound baths are zero impact and are done laying down. Please bring mats, pillows, blankets, bolsters, eye coverings, etc. and anything else that would make your experience more comfortable and enjoyable. The studio has a limited number of props that can be used if you are unable to bring your own.

B-Fit is an extra special studio that also has a limited number of zero gravity hammocks that are on a first come first served basis. Come early to reserve your own!
